of Education including National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE), Ohio
Department of Education (ODE), and North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA).
Coordinated all internal program reviews and evaluations. Directed college-wide assessment
activities and provided faculty professional development. Worked with chairs and directors in
planning including technology, part-time (clinical) faculty, load, diversity, and outreach. As
liaison to College of Education staff (17), held staff business and professional development
meetings, and mediated in personnel issues. Accomplishments relative to NCATE accreditation
include eliminating three stipulations and seven weaknesses from 1992 review; college received
full five-year continuing accreditation following Fall 1997 on-site visit.
