Continuing Psychology Graduate Application Form
School of Psychology
This form is to be completed by students who enrolled in a graduate qualification in
previous years and who are returning to commence further papers in the same
qualification.
Exceptions:
A form is not required in the following instances:
1. Where a student is returning to take PSYC591 Dissertation for an honours degree.
However, the honours application form will need to be completed and returned by the
first Monday in December.
2. Where a student is enrolled in PSYC592, PSYC593 or PSYC594, the 2 nd or 3rd year of
the clinical programme, PGDipPracPsych or PhD programmes (these are continued
automatically).
If you are unsure, you are advised to complete this form.
Students are strongly advised to discuss paper selection with a member of the academic
staff.
Remember to sign the form once completed.
