6. The Material Request Entry displays.
1. Log in to WebTMA at https://pfoctma.uakron.edu/tmalogin/login.aspx
2. Click Requester Nav (in the far left of the menu – at the bottom).
3. Click the Material Request link.
4. The Requester Page loads.
Enter information as follows:
Part: Enter the Part number you wish to order. For paper and ink/toner
cartridges, this is the Stock # of the item, followed by the suffix –CST (for
Central Stores). If you do not know the Part number, click the
search for the Part Number.

Quantity: Enter the quantity to purchase.
NOTE: Unit Cost will default in the field. This is the cost per unit.

Department Code: If you know the Department Code, type it directly into

Repair Center: Select the appropriate repair center – either CSTORE or
PFOCSC. Note: For paper and ink/toner cartridges select CSTORE.
5. Click the Add Material Request Line link.

9. To delete a line item, click the trash can icon
to delete.
10. To edit an item, click the pencil icon

11. Once all the line items are entered, click the Comments tab. ALL
Material Requests should contain the following information in the
Comments area:
• Delivery Location (Building AND Room)

13. The screen refreshes and a message returns, indicating the Request has been
submitted.
