OUTLOOK 2011 SHARED MAILBOX Open a shared mailbox in Microsoft Outlook 2011: 1. Click the Tools menu and select Accounts. 2. In the window that appears, select your Exchange account and click the Advanced… button. 1|Page OUTLOOK 2011 SHARED MAILBOX 3. Click the Delegates tab. 4. In the section named “People I am a delegate for:”, click the plus sign + to add an account. 5. The Select User window will appear. Type in the name of the shared mailbox in the text box and click the Find button. 2|Page OUTLOOK 2011 SHARED MAILBOX 6. Select the desired mailbox from the search result list that appears and click OK. 7. The mailbox will appear under the heading “People I am a delegate for”. Click OK to close the account window. 8. After a brief period, the shared mailbox will appear as a folder in the View list on the left side. 3|Page
