OPen a Shared mailbox

OUTLOOK 2011 SHARED MAILBOX
Open a shared mailbox in Microsoft Outlook 2011:
1. Click the Tools menu and select Accounts.
2. In the window that appears, select your Exchange account and click the Advanced…
button.

3. Click the Delegates tab.
4. In the section named “People I am a delegate for:”, click the plus sign + to add an
account.
5. The Select User window will appear. Type in the name of the shared mailbox in the text
box and click the Find button.

6. Select the desired mailbox from the search result list that appears and click OK.
7. The mailbox will appear under the heading “People I am a delegate for”. Click OK to
close the account window.
8. After a brief period, the shared mailbox will appear as a folder in the View list on the
left side.
