Leadership Designation Checklist
1. Completion of three academic courses/programs as prescribed in “Individual Plan”
2. Completion of co-curricular programs as prescribed in the “Individual Plan”
3. Verification form of twenty hours of community service:
4. Verification of participation in at least one CBA or UAkron registered student organization
(Student Speaking Association (SSA), Enactus, TEDx , PSE, etc., See list at

5. Submission of Certificate of Introductory Designation Completion, Reflection of Learning Experiences
paper, Service/Student Organization Verification forms, and critiqued résumé.

Certificate of Level I Completion during Leadership Recognition Reception in Spring Semester
