Dear Parents/Guardians of the Class of 2019,
In partnering with Microsoft, Lake View High School is excited to welcome our incoming Freshman Wildcats
and their parents/guardians to Lake View High School. There are a few upcoming events this summer that we
wanted to bring to your attention:

 Freshman STEM Start Up begins Monday, July 6 at 9:00am. Students should bring paper and
something to write with for this event. Breakfast will be served from 8:00am – 8:55am. All students
will enter the building at Door 5, which is located on Ashland.
 Freshman Orientation will occur on July 14th from 9am-12pm. The registration fee is $250.
 Microsoft, our corporate partner, is excited to welcome our new class of parents/guardians. They will
host a parent information session on July 28th at the Aon Center, 200 E Randolph, from 9:00am –
11:30am. This event is an amazing opportunity to learn more about your student's future success,
as well as engage with Lake View High School. All new parents/guardians are encouraged to attend.
