This contract is for one year, beginning 09/09/08 through 09/08/09. The CUE Members reserve the right to renew the resultant price
agreement for (2) two additional years, one year at a time, subject to the terms set forth within the specifications. The CUE Members also
reserve the right to extend the resultant price agreement a maximum of thirty (30) days beyond the normal expiration date.

B - Office Seating, Desks, Files and Tables
C - Classroom Seating, Desks and Tables
D - Computer Furniture
E - In-stock Furniture

Within each group the available manufacturers’ lines are listed alphabetically and then alphabetically by
distributor/dealer. There are instances of multiple distributors/dealers for the same manufacturer’s line
of furniture. In these cases, the distributors/dealers bid the same discount. The specific price list is
shown if provided by the distributor/dealer. The columns titled 1-12 correspond to the various order
value ranges as shown below.
This discount shall include delivery, set-in-place, made ready for use and include all design fees; all
waste removed from facility. Whenever any Purchase Order is issued which includes installation and
that exceeds $15,000.00, vendors must pay Prevailing Wage.
