serving the general public whose headquarters are in the following counties: Medina, Portage,
Stark and Summit.

Dues are $200.00 annually. The membership period is from January 1 through December 31 each year.
Dues statements will be mailed each year to the address provided above with payment due within 30
days.
Note: Some entities are required by their governing boards, councils, etc. to have specific authorization to
participate in consortiums or group contracts. It is the responsibility of the applicant to obtain such authorization if
necessary.
