Accessing Panopto podcasts from Springboard
You can access Panopto podcasts from Springboard with no additional login.
Note: Your instructor must be using the podcast feature for the course.
Log into Springboard and enter your course
1. Open a web browser window to: https://springboard.uakron.edu
2. Log in with your UAnet ID and password.
3. Enter your course.
4. You should see a link to your course recordings in
the content area of your course.
Note: You will only see this link if your instructor is
using Panopto for the course
5. Select this link.
6. Panopto will launch within your Springboard course.
7. You will see a list of recordings available for the course.
9. You will see an orange icon in the top right.
10. Select this icon. You will see four options for podcast.
• The Subscribe in iTunes options will download the recordings into
iTunes where they can be played or synchronized onto a mobile
device. (The Subscribe in iTunes options will require that iTunes
be installed on your computer. There is a free download available
from Apple: http://www.apple.com/itunes/)
• The Subscribe to RSS options will allow you to use a different
application to download the media files or to download them
directly.
