Farmington Cinematheque Series October 27, 7 p.m. Imago Theatre brings its latest family hit ZooZoo, which combines mime, dance, music and special effects. The show features fictional polar bears, anteaters, frogs, rabbits, hippos and penguins on stage for entertainment for kids and kids at heart. Season Tickets Featuring documentaries and independent films November 13, 7 p.m. Hailed “one of the best pop-jazz vocal groups in the world,” m-pact is respected worldwide as a cutting edge trailblazer in the realm of vocal music. This ensemble uses only their acapella voices to perform original songs and classics. Broadening Horizons Lecture Series Featuring San Juan College faculty speakers and comunity speakers April 14, 7 p.m. Featuring top acrobats from Kenya and Tanzania, Cirque Zuma Zuma showcases the rhythm and spirit of traditional African dance through juggling, contortionists, pole climbing and more. Cirque Zuma Zuma will defy what is possible and leave audiences thrilled. March 31, 7 p.m. Barrage 8 brings the string octet, four violins, two violas, cello and double bass to the stage with a rich and powerful mix of compositions and arrangements. The group brings energy, panache and innovation to all of its stage songs.
