Managerial Finance (6400:602) Waiver Exam
Passing the Exam: A minimum score of 70% is required to pass the exam. No
retakes are permitted. Students with scores below 70% must enroll in the course.
Non-Degree, Graduate Non CBA and Certificate program students may not take
the waiver exams.

The Managerial Finance exam consists of 93 questions. Many of the questions are
in a problems format, testing your knowledge of terminology and logical
processes. Please bring a financial calculator (non-programmable) which includes
present value functions. The examination attempts to measure your knowledge of
managerial finance terminology and theory.
