described in the Pending Social Work Major Checklist.

My application for full major status will be reviewed after completion of all full major
admission requirements.

Akron campus admits students as full majors in all semesters. Wayne campus admits
students as full majors for spring semester only. UA Lakewood admits students as full
majors for fall semester only.

To receive permission for conditional registration in my first semester of full major
classes, I must meet with and receive permission from my assigned social work
academic advisor designated by the school.

I understand that I am responsible for notifying my assigned social work academic
advisor when my application is complete. If I need to change the requested date for any
reason, including missing the application deadline, I must submit a new Request for
Application Review form to the Pending Student Advisor.
