The Map Collection of the University of Waikato Library contains a comprehensive collection
of maps from around the world with detailed coverage of New Zealand and the Pacific.
These maps are held in storage. Please ask a librarian if you would like to use one.
The Whole World
Geography. A map of the world in three sections, describing the polar regions to the tropics in which are traced the
tracks of Lord Mulgrave and Captain Cook towards the North & South Pole and the torrid zone or tropical
regions with the new discoveries in the South Sea. A. Bell sculpt. 2 hemispheres each 15.2 cm. in diam.,
and one section 5.2 x 42.4 cm., on sheet 27 x 44.2 cm. Plate CXVII. [1780-1790].
