Two-week old rice plants from four independent transgenic lines silenced for
OsRLCK102,
OsRLCK102Ri-1,
OsRLCK102Ri-8,
and
Kitaake
OsRLCK102Ri-3,
(Kit)
and
the
OsRLCK102Ri-7,
susceptible
rice
and
LTH
(Lijiangxintuanheigu) were inoculated with the M. oryzae strains, ZB13 and ZB25,
which are incompatible with rice Kitaake. Photographs are of representative leaves
from the plants at day 7 after inoculation. The LTH was used as a negative control
because it is susceptible to ZB13 and ZB15.
