ofthe Praxis II test for the specifrc area(s) of licensure to
be added is required or the Elementary Education: Content Knowledge Test
(0014), which covers all the Generalist Endorsement areas.

Responses to the questions on the application will help appointed College of Education
advisors to advise effectively and efficiently. It will also help advisors to know students
as individuals with unique backgrounds and experiences. Applications are located in
Zook Hall 207.
Students must submit a ohotocoov of the Middle Childhood License with the
application. Students who did not receive their initial middle level licensure from The
University of Akron must also provide a copy of their transcript with the application.
Connuter Literacv. Evidence of computer literacy requires demonstration of mastery
ofa hands-on computer literacy skills test. Testing is without charge to the prea.lmission
student, and is administered in the computer lab in Zook Hall Room 435 (330-972-8112).
Information on the computer literacy test may be obtained in Zook Hall, Room 207.
Test results and forms must be submitted to the OIIice of Student Services. Zook Hall 207.
