Dear Rogue River Users and Outfitters:
You are invited to a follow up meeting to the Fall2011 Rogue River Users and Outfitters Meetings. The
meeting will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) at the following
locations:

U.S. Forest Service Ranger Station 29279 Ellensburg Ave Gold Beach, Oregon You may also participate by teleconference or video conference at a Forest Service office near you. Please
check with your local Forest Service office to make sure they have teleconference o r video conference
capability. If so, contact April Sanders, River Permit Administrator (USFS), at 541-247-3647 or at
[email protected] by January 18, 2012, with the Forest Service office name, contact person name and
phone number, and how many people will need this service. April will contact the Forest Service office to
schedule the conference time.
The agenda and discussion items are attached. We are seeking feedback on the toilet rewrite, the Portable
Toilet Guide, and the Wild Rogue Campsites brochure so please look these over before the meeting. You

recreation/rogue/rogueusersmeeting.php. Also posted at this website are the minutes of the Fall 2011
Outfitter and Users Meetings, the 2011 Rogue River Use Report, and the User Meeting Slide Show.
