The LSC will plan too incorporate a special session on teacher evaluation into April LSC meeting, and move LSC meeting to begin at 6pm, and holding April 21st at 6pm if an alternative time is needed iii. Instructional Leadership: Reviewing bell schedule with PPC, looking for ways to increase collaboration and maximize time with students, met with DePaul and Northwestern to discuss possible professional development structures iii. Student-­‐Centered Learning Climate: Successful completion of PSAE, PARCC testing now taking place in 9th grade, stull partnering with Network for College Success, number of student STEM programs launching, students applying for Chicago Scholars, 118 students accepted to DePaul, Lucera Varela was invited to the White House Science Fair iv. PD and HR Management: ILT has been meeting all year and working in partnership with Network for College Success v. Parent Involvement & Community Partnership: Continuing to hold “partnership reset” meetings, Microsoft will help with a number of dollars/prizes for students, spring showcase event successful, family engagement plan drafted vi. School Management & Daily Ops: Changed entrance location with new signage, CPS proposed large-­‐scale interior painting, new carpet coming vii. Interpersonal Effectiveness: increasing principal visibility, parent conferences taking place regularly d. Other: Department Leader, PPLC (forthcoming), etc. e.
