The interrogatory had requested, a copy of United States Postal Inspection Service National Audit 026-1200672-PA(l), National Audit of Mail Volume Measurement & Reporting Systems. The response, filed Friday, August 22, 1997, indicated that a copy of the requested report had been filed previously, in response to OCAIUSPS-1. After filing this response, undersigned matter and title of the requested counsel discovered that, although the subject report corresponded to the earlier provided report, the report number did not. The Postal Inspection Service advised the undersigned that the discrepancy due only to the continuation of the audit over two fiscal years, and that the report requested and the report furnished in response to OCA/lJSPS-1 in OCA/lJSPS-10 were indeed one and the same. was -2The undersigned afternoon, counsel notified counsel for the OCA of her confusion on Friday and provides a revised response herewith.
