Accessing Your Thermostat’s
Wi-Fi Settings
Now that your Peak Partners thermostat has been reset, it
can be linked back to your Peak Partners account using your
wireless router’s Network Name and Password. A temporary
installation code will link your thermostat back to your Peak
Partners Dashboard.
Follow these simple steps to complete the connection
using a smartphone or tablet (recommended). If you are
not performing these steps on a smartphone or tablet,
please contact our Peak Partners Customer Service
number at 855-350-1464.
1. On your smartphone, access your Wi-Fi settings and access
the Choose a Network option or similar feature. This is the
same setup page that displays all of the available networks
nearby, allowing you to select one for Internet access.
2. In the list of available networks, you’ll find one titled
Thermostat#### (where #### is the last four digits of
your thermostat’s serial number). This is your thermostat
waiting to be connected. Select it and connect.
