April 28, 2016 AP Students, It is time for Advanced Placement Testing! This year’s exam schedule is as follows. Please take note of your exam date(s). MORNING EXAMS -­‐ Students who are scheduled for morning exams should arrive to their test location by 7:45 am. Check in and go directly to your test room. You will be dismissed after your exam. AFTERNOON EXAMS -­‐ Students who are scheduled for afternoon exams should arrive to the test location by 11:30am. Check in and go directly to your test room. CELL PHONES and ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT -­‐ Cell phones and other electronics are NOT permitted in the testing rooms, and students are not allowed to use these items during any break times. Failure to adhere to this policy could lead to tests being voided. Therefore, we will adhere to the following policies this year: a. Students testing at Lake View High School should put their cell phones and other items in their lockers when they report to school. They will not be allowed to go to their lockers during break time. b. Students testing at DePaul should be prepared to turn in their cell phones and other equipment. Students will place their phones in zip bags, which will be put in a container that will be kept in a locked space during the exam. Students are expected to retrieve their belongings when they are dismissed. WHAT TO BRING TO THE EXAM ROOM •

DePAUL LOCATIONS - Students should allow themselves extra time to get to the DePaul test locations. Both
the Welcome Center and College of Education are located near the CTA Brown/Red/Purple lines and the #74
Fullerton & #11 Lincoln bus lines. The College of Education is also located near the #8 Halsted bus line.
There is some street parking, but most is metered or in pay lots. Public transportation is recommended.
