Dear David,
Thank you for contacting Insight Services Group to enquire about a quote for the provision of Ergonomic
Assessment and Report for Charles Sturt University. Following our phone conversation last week, please
find below details of costs for Ergonomic Assessments to be undertaken when referral is received from CSU.
Ergonomic Assessment
Assessments are charged at an hourly rate of $170.00 (excl GST). A brief Ergonomic Assessment will
typically takes between half hour ($85.00) and one hour.
Ergonomic Assessment Report
A brief Ergonomic Assessment Report - $170.00 ( excl GST). This will include details of the assessment with
recommendations for changes to the workstation or for required equipment. This will not include
arrangements for necessary equipment to be provided unless specifically requested. If this is required, an
additional cost of $170 per hour will be charged for the time taken.
Travel
Travel will be charged at a rate of $170 per hour when travelling outside the town or suburb, in the case of
metropolitan areas, where the CSU campus is located. Therefore, where Insight Services Group has an
office in the same location as the campus, there will be no travel charge.
Following referral being received from CSU, contact with the employee and their supervisor will be made
within 24 hours and plans made for the assessment to occur within 5 working days. If in circumstances
where the employee or Insight Services Group is unable to meet this expected timeframe, contact will be
made with the provider of the referral to discuss this and discuss an agreed timeframe.

Charles Sturt University would provide a contact person who would be contacted in regards to invoices.
