• Seek assistance from your supervisor or manager
(or if you can’t talk to them, contact HR for help)
• Lodge a formal complaint to the immediate
supervisor or other appropriate person – follow
the Procedure for Dealing with Workplace
Complaints or Procedure for Dealing with Student
Complaints.
If not resolved
• Try to sort it out directly with the person
concerned.
