1. Alcohol consumption or possession is prohibited.
2. Fires are restricted to on-site grills and portable table top gas grills only. Burning of wood in any outdoor
grill prohibited. Grills larger than table top please contact the Gateway Natural Areas office for advanced
authorization at 970-407-1106.
3. Camping is not permitted.
4. Overnight parking is prohibited. Gates close automatically at dusk and open at dawn.
5. Pets must be leashed at all times. Please properly dispose of pet waste.
6. No hunting within Gateway. No possession without a valid permit, openly carry, or discharging a weapon
within Gateway. Exception: a State-licensed hunter may transport an unloaded, open-chambered weapon
through Gateway from Sept 1 through May 15 during a state-licensed hunting season.
7. Fishing upstream from the confluence of the North Fork and the Poudre River is catch and release only
and artificial flies and lures only.
8. Annual Parking Passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE to other persons except to members living at the same
address as listed above. Commercial vehicle owners must purchase one annual pass per vehicle.
9. Annual Parking Passes are NON-REFUNDABLE. The passes are valid for one year from the date of
purchase.
In consideration of the issuance of this annual pass, I hereby agree to abide and conform to these and all the Rules and
Regulations of the City of Ft Collins Natural Areas. I have received a copy of the Natural Areas Regulations.
