Tyee
Located on the main stem of the Umpqua River, the Tyee Recreation Site includes a campground, picnic area, and a
reservable rustic pavilion. The site provides access to the river where fishing and water play are popular. Boat launches are available a few miles both upstream and downstream from the recreation site.
FACILTIES
Campground– 15 campsites, drinking water, vault restrooms, emergency phone, river access ,
horseshoe pits. Check-in: 1:00 pm Check-out: 11:00 am
Day Use Area– Pavilion with electricity & sinks/counter space, picnic tables, grill
ACCESS for All restrooms, spigots, pathways, and parking area are accessible. River access is not accessible to
PEOPLE
people who use wheelchairs. The campground is fully accessible, except for site #1.

FEES
Campground is $14 / night; $5 / additional vehicle / night. First-come, first-served. No Reservations.
PETS
Pets in campgrounds must be physically restrained by owner on a six foot or shorter leash.
FIREWOOD $6 / bundle; located by host site.

LOCATION From I-5 in Sutherlin, head west 12 miles on Highway 138. At Bullock Bridge, just past Tyee Landing,
turn left/south and then an immediate right onto County Road 57. Recreation site is 1/2 mile from end
of Bullock Bridge. Elevation: 225’
PAVILION
$55 plus $50 refundable security deposit. A reservation is required for groups over 25 people. Reservations for pavilion use must be made through www.recreation.gov or by calling Reserve America (877)
444-6777. Max Group Size: 75 people Check-in 10:00 am Check-out 10:00 pm
HOST
Host on-site to assist with firewood and general questions.
