Rock Creek
Millpond Reservable Pavilion
Discover this secluded campground along the forested banks of Rock Creek.
Enjoy wading in the creek, a scenic canyon drive, or the horseshoe pits and
volleyball area. Seven miles away from the North Umpqua River corridor,
Rock Creek is an excellent base location for nearby fishing, mountain biking,
rafting, and hiking. Rock Creek is closed by ODFW to all fishing.
FACILTIES
Campground– Seventeen campsites, drinking water, vault restrooms, emergency phone
Day Use Area– Pavilion with electricity & sinks/counter space, horseshoe pits, volleyball area
ACCESS for The entire campground and day use area are accessible. This includes all campsites, restrooms, spigots,
PEOPLE
paths, parking, and the pavilion.
WITH DISFEES
Campground is $14/night; $5/additional vehicle/night. First-come, first-served. No reservations.
Day use area is free of charge. Check-in: 1:00 pm Check-out: 11:00 am
PETS
Pets in campgrounds must be physically restrained by owner on a six foot or shorter leash. No dogs in
water.
FIREWOOD $6 / bundle; located by host site.
SEASON

LOCATION Travel 22 miles east of Roseburg on Highway 138. Six miles east of Glide, turn north on Rock Creek
Road (County Road 78). Travel six miles to the campground. Elevation: 1200’.
PAVILION
$55 plus $50 refundable security deposit. A reservation is required for groups over 25 people.
Reservations for pavilion use must be made through www.recreation.gov or by calling Reserve
America (877) 444-6777. Max Group Size: 75 people Check-in: 10:00 am Check-out: 10:00pm
HOST
Host on-site to assist with firewood and general questions.
