Dear Property Owner or Resident:
This letter is being sent to let you know about Colorado State University’s
proposal to build a parking lot at the southeast corner of Research Boulevard
and Centre Avenue and to invite you to the neighborhood meeting where
you can learn more about the proposal. Specific information about this
development proposal is to the right and on the back of this letter. We
welcome and encourage your participation, as your input is an important
part of the development review process.
You received this notice because records from the Larimer County Assessor’s
Office indicate you own property near the proposed development site.
Because of the lag time in recordkeeping, or because of rental situations,
some neighbors may be missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbors of
the neighborhood meeting so they can attend. This letter and CSU’s
associated preliminary plans are available online at fcgov.com/ReviewAgendas.

PROPOSAL DESCRIPTION


Approximately 10 acre site.
Approximately 900 parking spaces
planned in a surface parking lot.
The proposal is subject to a Site
Plan Advisory Review (SPAR) by
the Planning and Zoning Board.
The proposed plan is subject to a Site Plan Advisory Review process (SPAR).
Information about the SPAR process can be found in Division 2.16 of the


