This letter is being sent to let you know of a development proposal near your
property and to invite you to the neighborhood meeting where you can learn
more about the proposal. Specific information about this development
proposal is to the right and on the back of this letter.
You received this notice because records from the Larimer County Assessor’s
Office indicate you own property near the proposed development site.
Because of the lag time in recordkeeping, or because of rental situations,
some neighbors may be missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbors of
the neighborhood meeting so they can attend. This letter and associated
preliminary site plans are available online at fcgov.com/ReviewAgendas.
We also want to make sure you’re aware of other long-range planning
projects going on around the City in 2015 and 2016. Please see the following
links for preliminary information about these projects and ways to get
involved and provide input. You can also enter your email address at these

CSURF “Parcel B” Interim Parking Lot
and Contractor Laydown Area. Please

letter.
PROPOSAL DESCRIPTION
 The parcel is owned by the
Colorado State University Research
Foundation (CSURF), and is
approximately 17 acres.
 The proposed plan includes an
approximate 5 acre “contractor
laydown” area to be used for the
temporary storage of construction
materials related to nearby CSU
construction projects.
 The proposal also includes a
recycled asphalt parking lot with
approximately 205 parking spaces
to be used on an interim basis
(three years) to temporarily replace
CSU parking removed from areas
on campus.
 The proposal may include several
modification requests to the City
Land Use Code in conjunction with
the temporary parking lot including
parking lot interior and perimeter
landscape requirements.
 This project is subject to review and
approval by a City of Fort Collins
Hearing Officer and is located in the
Employment zone district.
