Dear Property Owner or Resident:
On Thursday, October 15, 2015, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m., in the
community room at the Council Tree Library, 2733 Council Tree
Avenue, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will hold a
neighborhood information meeting to discuss a development
proposal in your neighborhood. The project is referred to as
Hewlett-Packard, Building Five, Parking Lot Expansion.
As proposed, the project consists of developing a new parking lot
north and east of Building Five (see map on reverse). There would
be 520 new spaces which are intended to serve the expected
number of employees planning on occupying Building Five in the
near future. The development proposal includes landscaping,
security lighting, water quality treatment and stormwater detention.
You received this notice because records from the Larimer County
Assessor’s Office indicate you own property near the proposed
