Spokane, WA - A regulated fire closure at the Liberty Campground, administered by the Spokane District, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will take effect at 12:01 a.m. August 10, 2010.

Amended Fire Closure for the Liberty Campground
Spokane District Bureau of Land Management
Spokane, WA - A regulated fire closure at the Liberty Campground, administered by the Spokane
District, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will take effect at 12:01 a.m. August 10, 2010.
Due to increased fire danger in the Liberty Campground area, it is closed to campfires until further notice.
This includes campfires in steel rings and fires started with charcoal briquettes.
Liquefied and bottled gas stoves and heaters are permitted provided they are used within an area at least
10 feet in diameter that is barren or cleared of all flammable materials.
