Road to Twin Lakes Closed
Spokane, WA – Effective immediately - The access road leading to the boat launch and camping
areas within the Twin Lakes Recreation Area is closed to vehicles. The Bureau of Land
Management (BLM) has temporarily closed the road for public safety, and to prevent further
damage due to muddy conditions. The access road is located to the east off Highline Road, roughly
12 miles west of Harrington, in Lincoln County, Washington.
The gated entrance to the access road is closed until further notice to prevent motorized vehicle
travel. BLM will continue to monitor the road’s condition to determine when it is safe to reopen for
public access.
