BLM Now Accepting Reservations for select campsites at Susan Creek
Campground
Roseburg, OR. – The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Roseburg District will be accepting
campsite reservations for select campsites at Susan Creek Campground effective immediately.
Campsites at the Susan Creek campgrounds can be reserved by visiting www.recreation.gov or by
calling 1-877-444-6777.
“Reservations can be made today for camping in select sites between May 15th through September
15th, 2015,” said Erik Taylor, Supervisory Outdoor Recreation Planner for the Roseburg BLM.
“Before and after those dates, campsites remain on a first-come, first-serve basis. Susan Creek
opens this Friday, April 17th.
Susan Creek campsites #19 - #31 will be available for reservations for up to 14 days. The fee for a
night’s stay will remain at $14.00. However, a $9.00 transaction fee will be added if the reservation
is made via the internet and a $10.00 transaction fee added if made over the phone.
An earlier press release stated that reservations would be available for select sites at Tyee
Campground. However due to unforeseen circumstances, reserving sites will not be available
at Tyee. Reservations already made will be honored.
