TIMBER SALE OUTCOME
Roseburg, OR -The Roseburg District of the Bureau of Land Management offered and sold
in oral auction the Bogey Gap Density Management Timber Sale on February 20, 2007.
The auction of the Bogey Gap tract totaled 2,690 thousand board feet (mbf). The tract was
appraised at $146,914.50 and sold for $436,691.70. The successful bidder was Douglas
County, Inc. The second highest bidder was Scott Timber Co. There were 4 qualified and 3
active bidders.
