I met with Lorin Sherburn on March 1, 2013 to discuss road segments in CRP-19. Road
segment A is used for sa lting and a fair amount of recreational visitors use the road. Mr
Sherburn said that he doesn't use Road segments B & C any longer. Road segment C used to
be the original East Steens Road and is no longer used.

Use supervision, monitoring utilization points, and trend plots.
