Also, road segment F was used as a historical road used for cutting firewood and juniper post. Road segment G is a cutoff for Krumbo Draw (old Moonhill Road). Autumn Toelle met with Dan Nicklus on March 6, 2013, about road segment B. Dan said this road segment would only be needed if the pipeline needed maintenance. b) Does it provide access to a communication site, power line, or other ROW permits?
