Standard Mail (A) Regular Rate Column (1) is changed from 0.3820 to 0.4715.

From the above change, Column (2) on page 18 of Section 6, “Per Piece Cost of
Bundle Sorting,” is affected. The MADC cost was changed from 2.0877 to 2.5769;
the ADC cost was changed from 1.4926 to 1.8423; the 3-Digit cost was changed
from 0.8974 to 1.5080; and the 5-Digit cost was changed from 0.3023 to 0.3732.

From the above changes, the weighted cost (Column 4) on page 18 was also
changed. Therefore,
the bundle sort costs used in LR-H-134 Sections 4 and 10 are
affected, which flows through to the Total Modeled Cost on page 6 of Section 4 and
page 7 of Section 10.
