Affiant, Carrie M. Daggett, after being duly sworn, states as follows:

i am the interim City Attorney for the City of Fort Collins,

I was named the Interim City Attorney on July 8, 2014.
3. The City Attorney's Office has undertaken efforts to work with Fort Coliins
Police Services to ensure that ail law enforcement personnel have been
advised that certain portions of Ordinance No, 70, 1995, of the City Council of
the City of Fort Collins ("Ordinance No. 70") have been repealed, effective as
of the. date of adoption of Emergency Ordinance No. 040, 2015, of the City
Council of the City of Fort Coliins ("Ordinance No. 040") on February 27,
2015.
4. The City Attorney's Office has undertaken efforts to help sworn officers of Fort
Collins Police Services to understand the meaning of Ordinance No. 70,
particularly as it relates to enforcement of the provisions that' remain in effect
after the adoption of Ordinance No. 040.
