EXTENSION OF TIME
THIS MATTER has come before the Court on Plaintiff’s Unopposed Motion for
Extension of Time, With Expedited Treatment Requested. The Court, having reviewed this
motion, hereby GRANTS said motion.
IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff Colorado Oil and Gas Association shall have up to and
including May 27, 2014 to file its combined reply in support of its April 18, 2014 motion for
summary judgment and response to the City of Fort Collins’s May 9, 2014 cross-motion for
summary judgment. The City shall have up to and including June 13, 2014 in which to file its
reply brief in support of its cross-motion for summary judgment.
