ORDER
The proposed intervenors, Citizens for a Healthy Fort Collins, Sierra Club, and Earthworks
(collectively “Measure Proponents”) having moved for leave to intervene as a Defendant, pursuant
to C.R.C.P. 24, and the Court having considered the submitted Motion, and attached Affidavits,
the Court finds that the Measure Proponents should be granted leave to intervene in this action. It
is therefore,
ORDERED that the Measure Proponents have leave to intervene in this cause and are hereby made
a Defendant in this cause in the same manner and with like effect as if named an original party to
this cause.
