Minor Waiver
The parent/guardian hereby releases the City of Fort Collins and any other sponsoring, presenting, or
supporting organization or person, and their officers, employees, volunteers and agents (“Releasees”)
from any and all claims or causes of action which he or she hereafter have on account of any injuries
to the minor arising out of or relating to the minor’s presence on the golf course or any of the practice
areas, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or any other person.
