COMPULSORY ONLINE TRAINING MODULES
Food Handling Session (for Speech Pathology, Speech Masters and OT
students)
Date: To be completed by pre-clinical deadline date.
Instructions: This module is available online. You will need access to a printer and
headphones if you are not in a private location.
1. Navigate to the website http://dofoodsafely.health.vic.gov.au/welcome.php
2. You will see the following screen:
3. Click on the Start button to begin the training.
4. You will then see the following Welcome screen. This screen gives you information
about the training and tells you how to navigate through the training.
5. Once you have completed the welcome session, you will see the following screen:
6. Complete all the modules within the training. When you have completed those you
are ready to complete the Assessment module.
7. When you have successfully completed the Assessment you will be able to print your
certificate. Please upload a copy of this certificate to the relevant area on Inplace.
