I have a Windows 7/Vista computer and I am having problems
when I try to upload multiple files to my interact site. Why is this
happening and how do I fix it?
When you wish to upload multiple files to your ‘Interact’ site you will find that
Interact uses a little program called ‘WebDav’.
WebDav does not operate with Windows 7/Vista so you will need to download and
use a program called ‘Cyberduck’.
Simply follow these instructions:
Note: You will need ‘Install rights’ to download this program. You can get install
rights by following these steps:
1. Log in to my.csu
2. Go to Quicklinks
3. Go to IT Services
4. Choose Software Install rights
5. Enter Username and Password
6. Click the 'Installer' tab at the top left of the screen
7. Enter the name of the software you are installing
8. Click ‘Accept’ and then wait 15 minutes
9. Log off and back on again
10. This takes 15 mins or so then user has 2 hours to install software.
