How do Hosts access content during a meeting?

How does a Host/Presenter access content during a meeting?
1. To access Content during a meeting first Hosts need to open a “Share pod” by:
•
•
selecting “Pods” from the top menu bar;
opening a “Share” pod.
2. Then, Hosts/Presenters can access content during a meeting to display to participants by:
•
•
clicking on the drop down arrow next to “Share My Screen”; and
selecting “Share Document”.
3. The following dialogue box will appear.
•
Click on “Browse My Computer” to upload files; or
•
select content you have previously uploaded by selecting:
o
“Share History”;
o
“My Content”; or
o
“Shared Content”.
4. Click “OK”.
5. Hosts can upload the following file types to display to attendees:

•
jpeg,
png,
MP3,
MP4,
•
•
•
•
swf,
ppt,
pptx; and
pdf files.
Tip: It is recommended Hosts/Presenters:
• abide by copyright regulations;
• load and run through content for an Online Meeting before the meeting is conducted.
