How do Hosts add content during a meeting?
1. It is best practice to load the content for an Online Meeting before the meeting is
conducted as there is a time factor involved while the upload and conversion occurs.
2. If loading the content for an Online Meeting before the meeting is not possible then Hosts
can, during a meeting:

select “Pods” from the top menu bar;
open a “Share”, “Add New Share” Pod;
click on the drop down arrow next to “Share My Screen”; and
select:
 “Share Document” if wishing to share jpeg, png, MP3, MP4, swf, ppt, pptx
and PDF files.
i. A box similar to the following will appear.
ii. Click on “Browse My Computer” to upload files.
iii. Hosts can upload jpeg, png, MP3, MP4, swf, ppt, pptx and PDF files to
display to attendees.
iv. The content Hosts upload will always be available to display with
attendees during a meeting held in that room.
Note:
If Hosts attempt to upload a file of an unsupported file type, the Enter
Content page reappears with the message
“Invalid file format selected.”

“Share My Screen” if wishing to share .doc, .xls, internet or other computer
applications.
