Can Hosts set preferences for internet speed, audio, chat?
Hosts can change settings for internet speed(RoomBandwidth), audio and chat.
It is recommended that you do not alter the audio settings:
1. click “Meeting” in top menu
2. click “Preferences”.
3. A dialogue will appear which allows you to select from range of settings options. You can adjust
settings for:
• Room Bandwidth;

Audio. It is recommended that you do not alter the audio settings;
Chat Pod;
General settings;
Display name;
Video;
Screen Share;
Attendees Pod; and
Q&A Pod.
4. Click on the desired option on the left-hand side.
5. For each option you select, different settings will be displayed on the right-hand side.
6. Once you have edited your desired settings, click on “Done” in the lower-right corner to commit the
changes and exit the Preferences dialogue.
