(EO Online Training)

What is EO Online training?
EO Online (Equal Opportunity Online) is the online training program used by
the University to inform staff of the University’s expectations in terms of
fairness and equity at work and of their rights and responsibilities under state
and federal anti-discrimination legislation. All staff are required to undertake
Module 1 of EO Online as part of their induction when first appointed. Staff
with supervisory responsibilities are also required to complete Module 2 of
EO Online.
How do I access EO Online
training?
EO Online can be accessed from the following link
http://www.csu.edu.au/division/hr/starting-at-university/induction-docs/eeoonline
You will need to register the first time you enter EO Online. You will be asked
for your CSU email address and you will need to wait until you receive an
email at that address asking you to register your password before you can
login.
If you are a student, instead of using your private email address, you will
need to put your CSU username followed by @postoffice.csu.edu.au when
asked for your email address. The return email will be redirected to your
private email address. However, depending on your spam or junk mail
function it may be filed in your junk mail, so if not in your inbox, check your
junk mail or spam folder.

What do I do if I believe I
have completed this training
and I am still receiving
reminders?
Please note that for legal reasons all continuing and fixed term employees
are required to complete this training. If you work for CSU and you are
appearing on the list of outstanding completions but you believe you have
completed the required module/s, email [email protected] with your
certificate of completion. This can be obtained from the left menu of the
module once completed.
