The Diploma of General Studies is a one year course offered in partnership with TAFE and Charles Sturt University (CSU). Since
it combines TAFE and CSU subjects there will be a need for CSU to exchange your personal information with your TAFE Institute
to enable them to administer your enrolment. This personal information may include (but is not limited to):

your student enrolment details

outstanding debts on your CSU account

final grades
Use this form to authorise CSU to exchange information with your TAFE Institute. Information will only be released to the TAFE
Institute you indicate below. PLEASE NOTE: The University is unable to deal with your TAFE Institute on your behalf until we
receive your authorisation. This may affect your enrolment and release of your results.
 This form can be completed online. You can then save it and upload it with your online Application for Admission or
email the form to the Admissions Office.
