As a LEADStrong leader, you are required to complete workshops, attend conferences, and other programs
which help you explore specific SELF, GROUP, and SOCIETY Values. Leadership Development Plans should be
coordinated with your LEADStrong mentor according to individual needs and interests. Points are awarded for
each type of experience. In order to complete the program, participants must receive a minimum of 20 points.
