The Director of Transition Programs determines whether or not an “intervention” (additional reach-‐out) needs to take place based on the Cru Leader interaction logs and the notes from the Student Engagement Guides. An email is sent out to alert the four team members of students that need additional TLC. Each member is asked to intervene according to their role on the team (academics vs. social vs. engagement).
