DELETING A BUILDING/ROOM ASSIGNMENT
NOTE: This document will walk you through the steps to delete a building/room
assignment, including a TBA building/room.
NOTE: You must first delete the instructor(s) assigned prior to deleting building/room
assignments.
1. Type SSASECT in the Go To… box.
2. Press Enter. The Schedule form will open.
3. Type in Term and the appropriate CRN. Click the drop down arrow next to the field to search for this
information.

4. Click Next Block three times.
The Meeting Times and Instructor tab will open. Cursor will be in the Meeting Times block.
5. Click to the Meeting Location and Credits sub-tab.
6. The line of assignment you wish to delete must be highlighted. Click Record at the top of the window and
select Remove.
Cursor will skip back under the Meeting Dates sub-tab and the date and time fields will be blank. The
Meeting Type field will still contain CLAS.
7. Repeat steps for each building/room assignment you wish to delete.
8. Click Save.
NOTE: Whisper line will confirm that the “Transaction complete: X records applied and
saved.”
