NOTICE
In continuation and supplementary to the notification No. WBSU/Reg/
Statute/517/2014, dated 27.09.2014 this is to notify to all affiliated Colleges of
The West Bengal State University (Barasat, North 24 Parganas) that while
implementation of the provisions of the First Statutes, 2014, it is clarified as per
the Statute 113, Clause 10, page 118, that existing Governing Bodies of Colleges
whose term is not over yet will continue till its full term. The College authority
needs to take action with regard to only filling up of post that have been newly
introduced in the statute, and were not there before. All the Honourable
Principals/Teacher-in-Charge of affiliated colleges of The West Bengal State
University are therefore requested, in case of any difficulty in implementing the
clauses of above mentioned Statutes, please revert back in writing to the office
of the undersigned for appropriate direction.
